Our Mission
Empowering Youth Through Music, Enterprise & Climate Action
Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Creativity, and Climate Citizenship
Our model is built around Event Social Enterprises (ESEs), giving young people the tools and support to plan, market, and manage their own music events.
What students learn:
- Business & financial literacy
- Public speaking & confidence
- Marketing, media & team management
- Climate awareness & social responsibility
- Real experience, no simulations, just results
Each team reinvests 25% of their profits into a charity or climate action of their choice, with the remaining 75% shared among team members or reinvested into their school
