Our Mission

Empowering Youth Through Music, Enterprise & Climate Action

Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Creativity, and Climate Citizenship

Our model is built around Event Social Enterprises (ESEs), giving young people the tools and support to plan, market, and manage their own music events.

What students learn:

  1. Business & financial literacy
  2. Public speaking & confidence
  3. Marketing, media & team management
  4. Climate awareness & social responsibility
  5. Real experience, no simulations, just results

Each team reinvests 25% of their profits into a charity or climate action of their choice, with the remaining 75% shared among team members or reinvested into their school

Creating Culture. Building Communities. Greening the Future.

Blastbeat inspires young people to become change agents in their communities. Through the programme:

  • Students create safe, inclusive, and vibrant youth spaces
  • Alumni go on to launch creative collectives, eco-enterprises, and community projects
  • Each event becomes a node of transformation, linking music, purpose, and place

We're building the next generation of social entrepreneurs, with local action tied to global sustainability goals (SDG 4.7, 8.6, 13.3).

Blastbeat doesn’t teach business in a classroom, it teaches it in real life, through something they love."

Environmental Responsibility

Our mission is climate-positive. Our events are youth-led and carbon-aware.

Every ESE appoints an Eco-CSR Manager who leads on sustainability:

  • Reducing waste and carbon at events
  • Using digital tools to calculate impact

We don’t just raise awareness, we raise young leaders to take measurable action.
