     Builds the ESE website, ensures 

    the websites and social media are working and up to date. 

  • Sales / Marketing Manager:

    Manages ticket sales and 

    merchandise. 

  • Finance and Company Secretary:

    Manages budgets, 

    sponsorships, and financial reporting, arranges weekly meetings

  • Event /Security Manager:

    Ensures safety measures are in place 

    during the event

  • Public Relations (PR) and Community outreach Manager:


    Handles marketing campaigns and audience engagement. communication between teams. 

  • Social Media Manager:

    media platforms. 

Community Outreach Team

  • Talent Scout, Artist liaison / hospitality:

    Scouts performers, 

    manages their information / agreements pre event and backstage  

  • Journalist/Multimedia Manager:

    Documents the event journey 

    through articles, videos, and social media.\ 

  • Ecology, ESG, CSR Manager:

    Ecology, ESG, CSR Manager: Ensures sustainability practices 

    are integrated into the event. Ensures ESE eco project starts post 

    event
