You pitch — we issue
When a sponsor says yes, you forward the agreement details (school, sponsor, tier, region). We issue the W3C-verifiable licence and email the PDF certificate within 24 hours. The licence ID is logged against your referral code from minute one.

Settlement — 14 days
Once the sponsor settles their invoice, your commission is paid within 14 days via Stripe, Wise, PayPal or local bank. Quarterly check-in; pipeline review; cohort recognition.

Common questions
Is this exclusive to my region?
No. We onboard multiple partners per region in Year 1. Attribution is per-deal, by referral code. If two partners introduce the same lead, the first to log it is credited. (Yes, we’ll resolve disputes manually — it’s rare.)
What if I don’t close a deal in the first 90 days?
Nothing happens. There’s no minimum, no quota, no claw-back. The kit is yours; pace yourself. We do invite high-momentum partners to the Quarterly Cohort review.
How is the lead attributed to me?
Every link in your kit is auto-tagged with your referral code (UTM-style). When the lead clicks through — on email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn — the click is logged against you. If they convert (apply, sponsor, licence-issue) we have the audit trail.
Who does the contracting?
Climate Actions Now (the issuing entity for the region) contracts directly with the sponsor / school. You introduce; we issue. The W3C-verifiable licence credential is the legal artefact, backed by the formal agreement.
When am I paid?
14 days after the sponsor’s invoice settles. Stripe, Wise, PayPal, or local bank transfer. We send you a quarterly statement and an annual 1099/IT3a-style summary for your accountant.
What if my deal goes sideways (refund / dispute)?
Commission is paid on settled funds. If a refund happens within 30 days of issue, commission is clawed back proportionally from the next statement. Disputes after 30 days are handled case-by-case in your favour.
