Run the
Beautiful Game.
Run Your
Own Business.
FootBeat is the Blastbeat format built for football and other sports. Designed for young people aged 14–34 in school and community sports clubs.
Players turn their team into a business: they form a FootBeat Event Social Enterprise. They take on roles like captain-CEO, finance, marketing, sales, content creation, events, social media manager, climate lead etc. Over three months they plan their event — a sports tournament during the day with a music event after — sell tickets, food and refreshments, run a raffle, and secure local sponsors. Teams keep 75% of profits to reinvest in whatever they decide — kit, travel or development — and 25% goes into a climate project: tree planting, greener pitches, boot or plastic recycling, food garden or water-saving initiatives.
Bring life-skills and leadership training straight into your football or multi-sport programme.
What is FootBeat?
FootBeat is the sports enterprise vertical of the Blastbeat programme. Students organise and run real sports events — primarily 5-a-side football tournaments — while learning every aspect of sports business management.
Supported by Arsenal Community Foundation and West Ham United Foundation, FootBeat brings the Premier League's community sports ethos into secondary education worldwide.
